Yes, for most people. 316L is medical-grade surgical stainless steel — the same alloy used in body piercings and implants. It contains 10–14% nickel by composition, so it's not nickel-free, but the nickel is bound in the alloy and its release stays well below EU REACH limits — which is why 316L is hypoallergenic in practice for most wearers. If you have a diagnosed nickel allergy, patch-test first.
Will Stylr jewelry tarnish or change color?

Does sterling silver tarnish?
Yes. Sterling silver naturally oxidizes when exposed to air, sulfur (in sweat, food, and water), and skin oils — turning dark or black over time and requiring regular polishing. Stylr's 316L stainless steel does not tarnish under normal conditions and never needs polishing.
Does gold tarnish?
