Our philosophy
At Stylr, your love for what you wear matters most. We know traditional return processes can be slow and full of friction. That's why we've redesigned our after-sale flow — fewer logistics, less environmental waste, and a more personal resolution. The result is a process that's lighter for you, gentler on the planet, and helps us keep our prices fair for the whole Stylr community.
What the 30-day guarantee covers
Every Stylr piece comes with a 30-day satisfaction guarantee, starting from the day your order arrives. If something isn't right — sizing, finish, design, or anything else — we want to make it right.
Our Unique "No-Return-Needed" Resolution
To save you time and reduce unnecessary shipping back-and-forth, most resolutions don't require you to send anything back. Instead, we work with you on a solution that fits.
The process is simple — two steps:
Step 1: Contact our team. Email info@stylr.us with your order number (#XXXX) and a clear description of the issue. For example:
- The piece arrived damaged, tarnished, or different from the photos
- The size doesn't fit (especially for rings)
- The finish or material isn't what you expected
- Anything else that's keeping you from loving the piece
For damaged or quality concerns, please attach a clear photo (good lighting, close-up of the issue) — this helps us improve and process your case faster.
Step 2: We find your personal resolution. Our customer service team — a real human, with a real name on every email — will review your case and reply within one business day (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays).
Depending on the situation, our solutions, offered at our discretion, include:
- A complimentary replacement (a different size, color, or piece you'd prefer)
- Store credit to use on a future Stylr order
- A partial or full refund to your original payment method
Our goal is to collaborate with you on the resolution that genuinely makes you happy with your Stylr piece — without the friction of shipping returns back and forth.
Damaged, defective, or wrong item
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or it's the wrong piece, email info@stylr.us within 48 hours of delivery with a photo. We'll send a replacement or full refund — your call — and you don't need to return the original.
Our 1-Year Color Warranty
Every Stylr piece is made from 316L surgical stainless steel and engineered to hold its color through everyday wear, including showering, sweating, and swimming. If your piece tarnishes, fades, or shows excessive color loss within 12 months of purchase under normal wear, email us with a photo and we'll send a replacement.
This warranty does not cover damage from harsh chemicals (chlorine, bleach, perfume sprayed directly on the piece), accidents, or extreme wear conditions.
Final Sale — no returns or exchanges
For hygiene and craftsmanship reasons, the following items cannot be exchanged or refunded:
- Pierced earrings — studs, hoops, threaders
- Engraved or personalized pieces — made-to-order
- Items marked "Final Sale" or "Last Chance" — clearly noted at checkout
- Gift cards
EU shoppers
In line with EU consumer law, you have a 14-day cooling-off period to cancel any order without giving a reason. The condition requirements above (unworn, original packaging, tags attached) apply, and return shipping for full-order returns is the customer's responsibility.
Refund timeline
When a refund is the resolution, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 3–7 business days after we agree on it. Bank processing may take a few extra days to post. Original order shipping fees are non-refundable.
The fine print
Eligibility for replacement, store credit, or refund: Items must be in new or like-new condition. We rely on your honesty — please don't ask for a resolution on a piece that's been worn extensively or shows clear signs of misuse.
Fair Use Principle: This policy keeps our resolutions personal and our prices fair for everyone. We reserve the right to limit resolutions for accounts that show patterns of excessive requests that seem to misuse the spirit of the policy. In rare cases where a customer wishes to return an entire multi-item order without a specific fit, finish, or quality concern, return shipping is the customer's responsibility — we'll share the return address on request.
Final Sale items, gift cards, and engraved or personalized pieces are not eligible for any of the above.
