Follow these guidelines to initiate a return:
1. Apply for Return
If you need to initiate a return, please email returns@stylr.us and we will provide you with a return application link. Alternatively, you can click the return entry button or link in the order confirmation email you received when you made your purchase.
2. Free Return Logistics
Once your return request is approved, you can download a free shipping label. Simply print it out and use it to ship the items back to us. No need to worry about shipping fees, as they're covered by us. You can then bring the items to a nearby pickup spot for easy shipment.
3. Return Status & Refunds
Track the status of your return shipment and validation through the return entry on your order details page. Once verified, you will receive a refund via the original payment method.
Returns & Refund Policy for Selected Countries
Customers are able to return items within 30 days from when the order was received. After 30 days, a purchase/return is no longer eligible for a refund.
Items must be clean and unworn. If the items are worn/dirty, we will refuse the exchange/refund.
Once we receive your package, your refund will be processed within 7 business days via your original payment method. You will be notified via the same email used to purchase the order. Please note that your banking institution may require additional days to process and post this transaction to your account once they have received the information - typically 3-5 business days.
Stylr is not liable for any return packages that may become lost or stolen in-transit. Please keep your proof of postage and/or return tracking number when shipping back your returns. Without proof of receipt and delivery, Stylr will not issue refunds for your returns.
