Earrings you can leave in. 316L is the alloy used for body piercings, and it holds its colour through showers and sweat.

On nickel: 316L contains 10–14% nickel bound in the alloy. That makes it hypoallergenic for most people, but it is not nickel-free — if you have a diagnosed nickel allergy, patch-test first.
