Supplemental California Privacy Notice
Stylr and its affiliates (referred to herein as "Stylr," "we," "us," or "our") provides this Supplemental California Privacy Notice for residents of the State of California pursuant to the California Consumer Privacy Act of 2018 (as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act of 2020) ("CCPA"). This Supplemental California Privacy Notice supplements our Privacy Policy and only applies to our processing of personal information that is subject to the CCPA.
Notice at Collection
At or before the time of collection, California residents have a right to receive notice of our practices, including the categories of personal information to be collected, the purposes for which such information is collected or used, whether such information is sold or shared and how to opt-out of such uses, and how long such information is retained. You can find those details in this statement.
For clarity, this Supplemental California Privacy Notice applies to personal information we collect from and about California residents that is subject to the CCPA in any form or manner, including online through our websites, mobile applications, and online and offline services (the "Services"), such as in our physical retail stores, electronically, in writing, or over the phone. This privacy notice does not apply to employment-related personal information we collect from California residents.
Collection, Retention and Disclosure
The table below identifies the categories of personal information we may collect from or about California residents and the purposes for which such personal information may be used.
We retain information collected for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes for which the information is collected, provide our Services, as required or permitted by law, or for other legitimate purposes such as disaster recovery, resolving disputes, conduct audits and enforcing our agreements.

California Consumer Privacy Act Rights
The CCPA provides California residents with certain rights with regard to their personal information, subject to some exceptions. If your personal information is subject to the CCPA, we have summarized your rights below and how you can exercise them.
Right to Know What Personal Information Stylr Has Collected and Access Personal Information:
You have the right to request, twice in a 12-month period, the following information about the personal information we have collected about you during the past 12 months:
- the categories of personal information we have collected about you;
- the categories of sources from which we collected the personal information;
- the business or commercial purpose for which we collected, sold, or shared the personal information; and
- the categories of third parties to whom we disclosed the personal information.
You also have the right to (i) obtain access to or a copy of the specific pieces of your personal information; and (ii) receive an electronic copy of your personal information, or ask us to send that information to another entity in a structured, commonly used, and machine readable format (also known as the "right of data portability").

To opt out of our "sharing" of your personal information through the use of cookies or other similar online tracking technologies, please manage your preferences via our cookie consent banner or settings link (if available), or visit the opt-out links provided in the "Behavioural Advertising" section of our main Privacy Policy. Right to Limit the Use and Disclosure of Sensitive Personal Information
You may have the right to limit our use and disclosure of your sensitive personal information to that which is necessary to perform the services or provide the goods reasonably expected.

Non-Discrimination
California residents have the right not to receive discriminatory treatment by us for the exercise of their rights conferred by the CCPA.
Verification
To protect your privacy, we will take steps to reasonably verify your identity before fulfilling requests submitted under the CCPA. These steps may involve asking you to provide sufficient information that allows us to reasonably verify you are the person about whom we collected personal information or an authorized representative. Examples of our verification process may include asking you to confirm information related to your recent orders or account activity, and/or confirming the email address we have associated with you.
Authorized Agent
Only you, or someone legally authorized to act on your behalf, may make a verifiable consumer request related to your personal information. To authorize an agent, provide written authorization signed by you and your designated agent and contact us at service@stylr.us for additional instructions and verification.
Disclosure Regarding Individuals Under the Age of 16
Stylr does not have actual knowledge of any "sale" or "sharing" (for cross-context behavioral advertising) of personal information of minors under 16 years of age.
Notice of Financial Incentive
As described in our Privacy Policy, we may offer our customers, including California consumers, various financial incentives, such as coupons and discounts when they sign up to receive our marketing emails or join our loyalty program (if applicable). Participation requires you to provide personal information (like name and email). These programs are voluntary and allow us to provide benefits to you. The value of your information relates to the value of the free or discounted products or services or other benefits provided, less the expense of offering them. You may opt-in by following the sign-up instructions, and you can withdraw at any time by unsubscribing or contacting us.
