$100. There is no account fee and no annual commitment. Reorder minimums stay low too.

What are the payment terms?

Net 60 for eligible retailers — you receive the stock now and pay up to 60 days later, interest free. Terms are subject to approval.

What if it doesn't sell?

Your opening order is returnable, free. Reorders, custom and seasonal items are not eligible.

What is the jewelry actually made of?

The core of the range is 316L surgical stainless steel finished with 18k gold PVD — plated, not solid gold. A smaller group of styles is gold-plated sterling silver or brass, and every listing says which. Stones are high-grade cubic zirconia unless the listing names a natural stone.

Who handles a customer complaint about colour?

We do. Every piece carries a 1-year colour warranty and a No-Return-Needed Resolution policy — your customer does not have to go back through you.
