Q: Can I use accents, emoji or symbols?
Letters, numbers and spaces are cut cleanly. Emoji and symbols can't be — the shape has to hold together in metal.

Q: Is this necklace safe for sensitive skin?
For most people, yes. The base is 316L stainless steel — hypoallergenic with very low nickel release, so it's comfortable for most sensitive skin. It is not nickel-free (316L contains 10–14% nickel by composition); if you have a diagnosed nickel allergy, we recommend a patch test first.

Q: Can I wear it in the shower or while swimming?
Absolutely. This necklace is waterproof and shower-safe. After swimming in the ocean, just rinse it with fresh water to keep it looking its best.
